ABHILASHA SAIKHEDKAR
Head of the Department
Ms. Abhilasha Saikhedkar is the esteemed Head of Department at MAAC Dharampeth. She holds a B.Sc. in Animation from Vishwakarma Creative College, Pune, and has also specialized in VFX from Anibrain. With over 20 years of rich experience in the Animation & VFX industry, she has worked on more than 80 Hollywood projects and 70 Bollywood projects, covering every stage from pre-production to production.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Abhilasha has a strong passion for teaching and mentoring. She has trained over 1000 students in VFX, guiding them through advanced techniques, industry workflows, and portfolio development. Under her mentorship, students not only gain technical expertise but also become industry-ready professionals, well-prepared to secure jobs in top studios.
